Finding the request form on Hisoka's desk, Yuri begins her search based on the clues within.
The missing girl, Haruka Momose, whom the deceased Fuyuhi Himino had been searching for.
Yuri heads toward the "Doll Shrine," the very place where Fuyuhi had insisted that Haruka was present.
Location: Pool of Cleansing
Using Haruka's photograph as a token, Yuri begins her investigation.
Heading along the path to the small shrine behind Ichiru Falls, she glimpses a trace: Haruka Momose Standing Inside Waterfall.
At the spot where she stood, Yuri collects Haruka's Note 1.
Turning around to leave the shrine, a specter plummets from the waterfall: Plummeting Woman.
Walking out to the Pool of Cleansing, she spots a specter standing in the water: Looking-back Maiden.
At the spot where she stood, Haruka's Note 2 can be collected.
Soon after, two hostile spirits materialize: Inori Mizukago (Postmortem) and Emi Mizukago (Postmortem).
Investigating the cliff-diving spot triggers an ambush by the hostile spirit Yukiho Tohmine (the phantom Plummeting Woman from earlier). After defeating her, Yuri crawls through a breach in the wire fence into the Unveiled Forest.

Advancing along the path to the remnants of the Katashiro Bridge on the South Approach, she spots a trace across the bank: Haruka Momose Peering into River.
Looking down into the river from the broken bridge reveals a specter: Drifting Shrine Maiden.
Continuing toward the southeastern part of the Forest of Illusion, she discovers a bag beneath a tree near the center.
Touching it triggers a Psychic Resonance of a streamer wandering into the forest, only to be brutally slashed by a man wielding a blade.
Immediately after the vision, the specter Approaching Man charges forward, followed by an assault from the hostile spirit Kyozo Kanamoki.
Heading to the dead end of the sunken ground before the river, northwest of the Forest of Illusion, she finds a specter on the ground: Man Writhed in Agony.
Advancing toward the southeastern path of Illusion, three specters wander before the Misumi Bridge on the East Approach: Wandering Shrine Maidens.
Stepping onto the Misumi Bridge reveals a specter on the approach to the Katashiro Shrine: Slain Shrine Maiden and Blinded Man. Near the broken Katashiro Bridge below the approach, she recovers Haruka's Note 3.
Location: Doll Shrine
Entering the grounds of the Doll Shrine, she spots a trace: Haruka Momose Heading Inside Grounds.
Following it toward the shrine's back gate on the right reveals a trace: Haruka Momose Entering Shrine. She follows her into the building.
Walking along the corridor, the right door is sealed tight by an immense power and cannot be opened; the left door opens to the steps of the Front Shrine. She enters the Front Shrine to the right first.
Inside the hall, she collects Upgrade Lens: Exterminate and Haruka's Note 4.
Approaching the right side of the altar display inside the hall, she glimpses a trace tucked in the corner beneath the table: Haruka Momose Peering at Altar Display.
Peering beneath the altar table reveals a hidden staircase leading underground, but it is firmly blocked by a wooden grate. Suddenly, a white-haired girl appears.
White-haired Girl: 'You found me.'
The girl locks eyes with Yuri and says: 'Are you unable to die too?'
Yuri: 'I...'
White-haired Girl looks toward the underground grate and says: 'You want to go down? I know you want to die... Well, let's play a game first.'
The White-haired Girl turns around and produces an effigy.
White-haired Girl: 'This is you. Your doll.'
She raises the doll and says: 'Come find me.'
Suddenly, three children materialize wanting to play, and they all vanish together. The altar table reacts; photographing it yields a Psychic Vision: The Hanging Doll, revealing that the effigy is hidden up in a tree.
Leaving the hall and heading toward the stairs, she spots a specter: Fleeing Child.
Descending the stairs leads to the flooded basement storage, the Corridor of Memories, where she is ambushed by the hostile spirit Paladin Maiden.
At the corner of the corridor, she acquires Upgrade Lens: Absorb from a wooden crate. Continuing along the path reveals a specter: Face Peering from Water.
Returning to the first-floor corridor, the door previously sealed by immense power now opens, leading to the Corridor of Returned Spirits, where she collects On Doll Preservation.
Opening the door to the Main Shrine corridor and entering the flooded Main Shrine to the right, a specter appears in the center: Masked Man.
Following the specter's path into the Doll Corridor and opening the door at the end leads to the West Storehouse, revealing a specter: Fleeing Child. Opening the right door leads out to the Hanging Backyard.
Aiming her camera at the hanging doll on the left tree in the backyard and snapping a photo dispels the barrier, allowing her to pick up the effigy beneath the tree.
At that moment, three child hostile spirits materialize: Shizuma Amaki, Koto Okudera, and Yurine Udono.
After defeating them, she returns to the East Storehouse via the lower-right door of the backyard, following the Main Shrine corridor into the Workshop.
Inside a drawer opposite the entrance, she collects Doll Shrine Record 1, and from a desk drawer further inside, she obtains Doll Shrine Record 3.
Returning to the East Storehouse, she takes the opposite door to the Main Shrine corridor, descending back down to the flooded basement's Corridor of Memories, and circles back to the Front Shrine.
Investigating the altar display and placing the effigy triggers the appearance of the hostile spirit Shirakiku.
She summons phantoms Shiranui and Shion; though they perish in a single hit, they obscure her vision. Defeating Shirakiku allows Yuri to place the effigy on the altar once more, unlocking the underground grate to enter the Womb Cavern.
Location: Womb Cavern
Walking through the flooded passages, she spots a specter in the adjacent tunnel: Man Carrying Casket.
Continuing forward to a lantern-lit corridor reveals a trace in the opposite passage: Haruka Momose Heading Deeper Inside.
Advancing further and crawling through a low tunnel into the chamber of the submerged caskets, she spots a final trace: Haruka Momose Standing before Casket.
Opening the box, she finds Haruka trapped inside.
Touching her triggers a Psychic Resonance: Haruka had been following a massive sunset deep into the Womb Cavern. It wasn't the sun she was following, but a woman in black robes drawing her in with a mirror... By the time she realized it, she had already been sealed within the black casket...
As she rescues Haruka from the wooden box, an adjacent black casket bursts open, and the hostile spirit Casket Woman emerges.
After defeating the spirit—
Haruka: 'Who are you?'
Yuri: 'I am Yuri Kozukata. I came to find you based on a request. Can you walk? Let's get out of here right away.'
Haruka: 'Okay.'
Escorting Haruka back through the shrine and into the Unveiled Forest, Haruka murmurs as they walk:
'Did Fuyuhi request you to find me?'
Yuri: 'Yes, she did.'
Haruka mutters to herself: 'Fuyuhi, I'm so sorry... Why... we promised we would do it together... I'm so sorry...'
Location: Unveiled Forest
Upon leaving the shrine grounds and entering the approach, Haruka hears Fuyuhi's song and bolts toward the voice alone. Yuri collects Bloodstained Note 1 from the ground.
Following Haruka's trace to the northeastern Dragging Bog, she hears Haruka cry out: 'Fuyuhi is here! Did you come to take me with you?'
Finding Haruka triggers an attack by the hostile spirit Kirika Ochiai—the one who slaughtered Fuyuhi! Kirika has two combat patterns: when the knife is lodged in her neck, she is easy; but when she pulls the knife out, any grasp from her results in instant death...
Exterminating the spirit—
Haruka: 'What was that just now?'
Yuri: 'Let's go back.'
Haruka: 'Mmh.'
Yuri escorts Haruka back to the antique cafe.

Ren Hojo asks Haruka why she fled to Mt. Hikami.
Haruka: 'Because I saw the sunset. It kept drawing closer, and as I grew accustomed to it, I felt as if I were dissolving.'
Ren: 'Dissolving... Well, you're back now. That's all that matters.'
Haruka asks Yuri: 'Is Fuyuhi here?'
Yuri: 'Don't think about anything right now. Just get some rest.'
Haruka: 'I suppose you're right... Thank you.'
After settling Haruka in to rest, Yuri heads to the office to discuss Hisoka with Ren, only to find him asleep on the sofa. Touching the sleeping Ren triggers a nightmare: the woman tormenting Ren in his dreams is the exact same white-haired girl Yuri encountered today...
After Ren leaves, Yuri rests, dreaming that she herself has been sealed inside a casket. Awakening, she heads downstairs to check on Haruka, only to discover she is gone! Security footage reveals she was led away by Fuyuhi's spirit...
