“You will return... to Rougetsu Island.”

While exploring the eerie Rogetsu Hall, Misaki Aso encounters a mysterious girl in black.
Her figure occasionally flashes within Misaki's fragmented memories.

To recover her lost memories, Misaki and Madoka return to Rogetsu Island.
However, they get separated after entering the lobby of Rogetsu Hall...

“You will return... to Rougetsu Island.”

Misaki picks up the Camera Obscura brought from home and finds the file Dr. Aso's Notes 3 on the floor.

The Camera Obscura, gripped once again

Misaki hopes the camera, which can capture images of the past, will provide clues to awaken her sealed memories. But her priority is finding the missing Madoka.

Suddenly, the nurse call button in the nurse's station rings... Following the eerie sound, she enters the second-floor station, "Natsumi."

Inside the station, she investigates the nurse call device on the wall. The panel shows a call from "Room 203," and Madoka's faint voice comes through the receiver.

However, the door to the ward corridor is locked, and a code seems to be needed. The clues remain unclear.

A cry for help from Room 203

On the table to the left, Misaki retrieves the Second Floor Room Assignment List.

On the table by the window, she finds the Second Floor Nurse Log 1, which mentions that the door code was scribbled somewhere by mischievous children.

As she prepares to leave the "Natsumi" station, she spots the Ghost: Patient at the Ward Door standing right before the door, as if signaling something.

She goes downstairs to search for the code. Catching sight of Ghosts: Girls Running Under the Stairs, she pursues them. Near the storage room under the stairs, she spots the Ghosts: Girls Peeking into the Room again.

Following them into the dark storage, she finds a Child's Drawing in a cardboard box, depicting something like a large, old clock.

Back in the lobby, she picks up the file Announcement: New Patient Arrival, mentioning the upcoming admission of a special patient named "Ayako."

Guided by the drawing, she heads to the aisle left of the reception desk, where a large pendulum clock stands. Investigating it, she finds marks where the base had been scraped.

Raising the Camera Obscura to photograph the base, the image reveals the Clock Code, successfully identifying the unlock code as '8395'.

As she turns back, looking toward the glass entrance, she sees the Ghost: Man Staring into the Lobby gazing inside eerily.

Returning to the station, she encounters the Ghost: Nurse Asking for Help, who suffered greatly in life.

She enters the code '8395' into the nurse call device. As the ward door opens, the nurse spirit Fuyuko Shiratsuki is stirred and attacks.

After defeating the spirit, she enters the corridor. After two turns, Room 203, "Hozuki," where Madoka's voice originated, is on the right.

Before entering, she proceeds a few steps further and finds the Female Patient's Suicide Note near a broken door, filled with fear and despair over memory loss.

Peering through the broken door, she sees a hanging rope. Photographing the rope captures the Bound Ghost: Hanged Woman (Natsuki Shiono), trapped in her final moment.

Investigating Room 203's door, she can hear Madoka, but it remains locked.
Suddenly, Ghost: Iori Aiba and Ghost: Natsuki Shiono appear, launching a pincer attack.

After defeating the double spirit, the door to Room 203 glows with a mysterious blue seal. Photographing the door yields the item Room with Books.

The scene in the photograph is very familiar; the clue points to the study next to the Aso Memorial Room on the first floor.

She goes back downstairs to find the key. If she hears a strange sound, she turns around to look upstairs and captures the Ghost: Girl Standing on the Stairs looking down at her.

Entering from the aisle by the reception desk, she sees the Aso Memorial Room on the left. She enters, turns right, and enters the "Archives" sealed in the photograph.

Walking to the mirror in the depths of the archives, a chill hits her, and Ghost: Tadayuki Kaido suddenly emerges from behind.

After exorcising him, she successfully obtains the Hozuki Key on the table in front of the mirror.

As she prepares to leave, Ghost: Woman Standing Before the Mask appears in the corner on the right, seemingly guarding a secret.

Then, in the mask display case next to where she stood, Misaki retrieves the Black Mask Fragment (Left Eye) and the file Dr. Aso's Mask Study. This study reveals the existence of the forbidden item—the "Lunar Eclipse Mask"—that caused the terrifying "Day of Non-Suffering" on the island.

Returning to the lobby with the key, she spots the Ghost: Fallen Girl under the stairs; looking up at the second-floor stairwell, she sees the Ghost: Girl Looking Down, watching coldly as if it were a cruel play.

When she steps onto the second floor and passes "Natsumi" station again, the eerie call button rings persistently!
As she approaches the control panel, the deep-seated nurse spirit Fuyuko Shiratsuki attacks again.

After defeating her completely, Misaki cuts the power to the call button device on the wall, finally stopping the annoying ringing.

Finally, she reaches the door to "Room 203: Hozuki" at the end of the corridor and successfully unlocks it with the Hozuki Key.

On the table by the door, she retrieves the file Madoka's Diary, full of anxious phrases. On the right table, there is a warm yet heartbreaking file: Letter to Madoka.

With a nervous heart, she enters the bedroom to find Madoka sitting on the bed with her back to the door. Taking a picture captures the Ghost: Madoka Sitting on the Bed.

“Madoka!” When Misaki reaches out to touch her, her figure disperses like smoke! It was merely a lingering thought.

Retrieving the file Second Floor Nurse Log 2 on the bed, she learns of the cruel actions and information regarding Ayako, who lived in "Room 207"...

Disappointed, she walks out of the bedroom and glances back at the entrance, only to see the Ghost: Peeking Girl leaning against the door with a mysterious smile.

Leaving "Room 203: Hozuki," she immediately sees the Ghost: Nurse Called by Ayako rushing past in a panic.

Following the corridor to the end, she witnesses a horrific scene: Ghost: Girl Dragging a Nurse. Tracking her shadow, Misaki enters "Room 207: Ranzuki" at the end of the hall.

The room is filled with suffocating pressure. Just as she steps to the bed, Ghost: Ayako, who viewed lives as toys, launches a fierce and difficult attack.

After barely defeating Ayako, a clear memory suddenly surfaces in Misaki's mind—that girl in black was the very person who lent a helping hand when she was helpless in childhood...

The awakened past memory

Desperate to know the bond between her and that girl, Misaki follows her shadow into one of the rooms—the very room where Madoka was hospitalized ten years ago.

Misaki finally understands that the girls who had been "spirit-away" had all been treated and hospitalized in this facility due to the island's unique endemic disease, "Lunar Disease."

Misaki searches for the missing Madoka, and as she explores, her sealed memories gradually awaken...
