Encoutering the spirit-possessed Madoka... Her own twisted reflection stares back from the mirror, and the speakers play that familiar tune, awakening Ruka's deep-seated childhood memories and the moment her father forced her to wear a mask.

On the floor in the upper right corner of the room, she retrieves the fear-filled file Madoka's Note 5.

Stepping out of the archives back to the Aso Memorial Room and entering the corridor, she immediately witnesses Ghost: Nurse Heading to the Nurse's Station.

Following the trail of the ghost back to the lobby, she hears strange music being played intentionally. On the stairs to the second floor, she encounters Ghost: Patrolling Nurse.

Ascending to the second floor and reaching the nurse's station, she spots the Ghost: Nurse Receiving a Call looking busy and anxious.

Entering the 'Nurse's Station', she finds the Ghost: Nurse Operating the Panel at the desk where the music is playing.

Stopping the eerie music at the panel, she retrieves the file Second Floor Nurse Log 3, which documents the dangers of music therapy.

At that moment, the call button on the corner wall rings. It turns out to be a light coming from Room 207, 'Ranzuki', where the dangerous patient Ayako is located.

The vengeful Fuyuko Shiratsuki appears and attacks. After defeating her, she obtains the file Announcement: Music Therapy Experiment, noting that the puzzle's musical score is hidden in the room next to 207.

Opening the door opposite the nurse's station, she enters the corridor, passes two corners, and enters Room 203, 'Hozuki' (Madoka's room), on the right.

Deep in the bedroom drawer, she retrieves the file Madoka's Notebook, containing heartbreaking words of despair.

Returning to the corridor, she reaches the end and steps into Ayako's ward—Room 207, 'Ranzuki'.

Entering the room, in the upper left corner, she spots Ghost: Ayako Asking for a Nurse.

On the bed, she retrieves the file Medical Record: Ayako, detailing her cruel and unique condition.

Investigating the small door on the wall where the spirit of Ayako appeared, the vengeful Ayako, who viewed lives as toys, strikes violently.

After defeating her, she opens the small door and enters a secret room with a canopy bed.

On the wooden horse in the corner, she retrieves the file Black Notebook 1 and the key item Musical Score. Maybe she can try playing this score on the piano in the first-floor dining room.

Pulling back the bed curtain, she spots Ghost: Ayako on the Bed.

Returning to the first floor to find the piano. Opening the door to the right of the stairs and entering the corridor, she spots the Ghost: Standing Woman in Black out the left window. Ignoring her, she continues toward the dining room.

Investigating the piano in the corner and practicing the score she just obtained. As the familiar melody plays, it triggers fragments of Ruka's childhood memories in the ward and the elevator.

After finishing, she heads to the elevator lobby through the door to the left of the reception desk.

Upon entering the lobby, she sees the Ghost: Walking Woman in Black stepping slowly out of the elevator.

On the ground in front of the elevator, she picks up the file Letter Dropped by the Woman in Black.

Investigating the button on the wall in the elevator, she finds the power is not yet on. She obtains the files About the Elevator and Rogetsu Hall 1F Map.

Learning from it that the elevator power switch is located in the basement, the password to activate the main power is '23', and a dedicated key is required for the elevator to reach the fourth floor.

Walking to the corridor on the left side of the stairs, the residual image of the Ghost: Woman in Black Pushing a Wheelchair can be seen.

Following her into the corridor leading to the courtyard, the Ghost: Woman in Black Heading to the Courtyard appears, but cannot be photographed at this moment due to the angle...

To capture this ghost, a detour is required: from the dining room to the lobby, then to the 'Corridor to the Courtyard' outside the 'Aso Memorial Room' to photograph her successfully.

Coming to the side of the pool on the left, the Ghost: Woman in a Wheelchair can be seen.

Just as Ruka attempts to approach the woman in the wheelchair, she is severely stopped by the woman in black pushing the wheelchair, and is immediately double-attacked by the vengeful spirit Tsukiko Chigando (Chigando Tsukiko) and the doll spirit "Me".

This will be an extremely difficult battle (especially without using the lens "Slow"). Victory is achieved by defeating the main body Tsukiko Chigando, but she is highly adept at dodging; the doll named "Me" will revive immediately to interfere even if knocked down.

After defeating them with great effort, Ruka picks up the dropped Long Thin Copper Key.

At this moment, Ruka feels a powerful and ominous presence approaching, and the mysterious vengeful spirit of the woman in black suddenly appears in the underground passage beside her.

Discovering that the camera cannot cause any damage to this woman in black, Ruka can only flee the courtyard in panic and rush back to the elevator lobby. Using the long thin copper key to open the door behind the stairs, she narrowly escapes into the switch room.

On the desk on the right side of the switch room, the file On-Duty Nurse's Memo can be obtained, revealing that the lock code for the third-floor ward is '1956'.

Investigating the power distribution control panel on the left wall to solve the puzzle: flip the five switches so that the sum of their numbers is 23 (flipping the switches corresponding to the numbers 4, 2, 9, 0, 8 in sequence) to successfully activate the elevator power.

After the power turns on, the Ghost: Patrolling Man appears and enters an adjacent door; following him leads into the Purification Path.

Walking to the corner, the Ghost: Monitoring Man can be seen standing before the door at the end.

Just as Ruka intends to turn back and open the door to return to the switch room, she finds the door tightly locked! The vengeful spirit Michihiko Ikushima suddenly attacks.

After defeating him, she obtains the document Origin of the Imiya Shrine, revealing the terrifying connection between the shrine and the masks. She then opens the door to return to the elevator lobby.

Entering the elevator, the Ghost: Man Standing in the Elevator appears. Pressing the button that finally lit up on the wall, she takes the elevator to the third floor.

Upon arrival, opening the left door leads into the Nurse's Station Shinku. At the central desk, the Ghost: Waiting Nurse can be seen sitting gracefully.

On the desk in the upper left corner, she obtains the file Third Floor Room Assignment List, learning her own former room number.

Operating the call button control panel on the wall, entering the previously obtained code '1956' successfully unlocks the door leading to the corridor in the upper right corner.
As the door opens, she catches sight of the Ghost: Nurse Heading to the Room.

Pushing open the unlocked door into the corridor and walking in front of Room 308, 'Mizuki', Ruka experiences a strange, powerful impression. Accompanied by that familiar melody, deep memory fragments rush into her mind like a tide.
A memory seems to linger deep in her body—a sense of familiarity that is nostalgic yet makes her shiver...

The twisted face in the mirror, and the dizzying, confusing music inside Rogetsu Hall... What kind of treatment was actually conducted here?

Why can these patients still not rest in peace, doomed to wander eternally within the hall as spirits?

Countless questions emerge in Ruka's heart, but her steps involuntarily stop in front of a very familiar room—the very ward where she was once hospitalized...
