3F: Corridor

Ruka comes to the door of Room 308, 'Mizuki', where she used to stay, but finds it locked and inaccessible.

Raising the camera to photograph the door rewards the clue image Five Organs (Five Maidens).

Looking to the left, the Ghost: Man Heading to the Gallery appears. Following him, Ruka enters the Gallery 'Gensho'.

3F: Gallery Gensho

On the furthest wall, she discovers a faintly glowing painting. Photographing it yields the image Erased Face, and she picks up the Mizuki Key that fell from behind the frame.

Turning to leave, she discovers the corridor door is locked! At that moment, she sees the ghost of Yuromitsu Magaki step through a side door and follows into Room 309, 'Irodorizuki'.

Nearing the spot where the ghost was painting, the Ghost: Crawling Man suddenly appears on the floor.

Leaving the studio and returning to the corridor, she uses the newly acquired Mizuki Key to unlock the sealed door and enters Room 308, 'Mizuki'.

In the left bookshelf, she retrieves the recording Tape 'Consultation Record: Ruka Yomotsuki'.

Heading toward the piano, she spots the Ghost: Girl Playing Piano.

As she prepares to leave, a faint music box melody echoes from somewhere.
Investigating the music box in the cabinet left of the piano reveals a missing gear. Photographing it yields the image Cradle, suggesting the gear is inside the cradle.

Leaving the room, she walks right into adjacent Room 310, 'Kamisari' (Misaki's room).

In the cradle by the bed, she successfully retrieves the Small Gear. As she prepares to leave, Ghost: Shoji Katagiri appears to attack.

Investigating where Sayaka stood rewards the file Sayaka's Diary 1; near the head of the bed, she finds Sayaka's Diary 2.

Returning to the corridor, she proceeds downstairs to the first floor. Reaching the end, she opens the left door to enter the Altar Room.

Going deeper, through the left window, she can see the Ghost: Girl Gazing at the Moon outside.

On the small wooden table in the center of the room lies a Photo of Man and Mask. Picking it up, her father's focused silhouette crafting masks vividly appears in her mind...

1F: Corridor

Walking past the corner, she finds a tightly sealed gate on the right, which is confirmed locked. Photographing it yields the clue image Hole Under the Floor, deducing that it connects to the basement switch room.

Continuing forward, opening the door ahead, turning left into the courtyard, and taking the underground passage down to B1F. On the path to the switch room, she encounters Ghost: Wandering Woman. Following her leads into the switch room.

After winning the battle, she retrieves the file On-Duty Nurse's Journal 1 from the desk, then leaves through the other door to the Purification Path.

B1F: Purification Path

Reaching the door at the end of the path, she is blocked by the powerful spirit Ghost: Takahisa Kamizuki.

After defeating him, she returns to the first-floor corridor and uses the Long Iron Key to unlock the sealed gate, leading to the Connecting Passage.

Conclusion

Ruka found a music box in her ward, and its familiar melody awakened her teenage memories—times spent at the Yomotsuki Residence with her father Soya, a mask maker, and her mother Sayaka. Yet, her father's face in these memories remains completely blurred, unrecallable...

Ruka snaps out of it, shocked to see the Kanade Mask, crafted by her father's own hands, materializing out of thin air before her eyes. During the spirit-away incident years ago, the kidnapper had forced this very mask onto young Ruka.

In Sayaka's diary, she documented her suspicions of her husband Soya—that he seemed to plan to use the young girls for a forbidden ritual and was even involved in a string of crimes.

Ruka finally understands why her mother was determined to separate from her father back then and fled the island with her. As she steps once again into this basement of Haibara Infirmary, once a place of kidnapping and confinement, an inexplicably intense sense of familiarity silently speaks of a forgotten dread...
