感謝您使用 數運機緣 (Fate Mechanics) 的服務。在您購買我們的付費解析服務前，請仔細閱讀以下退款政策：

1. 數位商品性質 / Nature of Digital Goods

本網站提供之付費服務屬於「非有形之數位內容」或「一經提供即為完成之線上服務」。一旦系統完成運算並將報告交付給您（顯示於網頁或寄送至電子郵件），該筆交易即視為完成。
The paid services provided by this website are "intangible digital content." Once the system completes the calculation and delivers the report to you, the transaction is considered final.

不適用無條件退款： 由於數位內容的特殊性與易複製性，一旦服務交付，我們不接受因「主觀認為不準確」、「與預期不符」或「改變心意」等理由要求退款。
No Unconditional Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept refund requests based on "subjective inaccuracy," "not meeting expectations," or "change of mind" once the service is delivered.

2. 系統故障與例外情況 / System Failures & Exceptions

我們致力於提供穩定的系統服務。在以下特殊情況，我們將為您提供手動補發或全額退款：
We will provide a manual re-delivery or full refund in the following exceptional cases:

未收到報告 (Failure of Delivery)： 若您已付款成功，但因系統錯誤導致未能產生或收到您的分析報告。
重複扣款 (Duplicate Billing)： 因系統延遲或網路問題，導致同一筆訂單被重複扣款。

若遇到上述情況，請於付款後 7 日內，附上您的「訂單編號/付款截圖」與「聯絡信箱」，來信至我們的客服信箱。
